Activating your organisation

In order to create live appointments you must activate your organisation

How do I activate my account?

To activate your account, login to the Ally dashboard, and click the link at the top of the page "Activate Organisation" or follow this link.

What Information will I need to activate?

The main decision point is the Business display name, as this is used in messaging to a Patient.

Verify your detailsYour informationYou must have a valid UK mobile phone
Verify your organisationOrganisation typePlease choose from one of the organisation types in the drop down or select "other" if your do not find a suitable type
Business display nameThis is the display name that is shown by default in the messages sent to a Patient. It is good to keep this quite short as it is used in SMS as well as email messages
Legal business nameThis is the company name as it appears in Companies House
Companies House Registration NumberThis is the Company Registration Number (CRN) as it appears in Companies House
VAT NumberEnter your Vat Number starting with the country code e.g. GB09999999, GBGD001 or GBHA599
Doing business asIf your Organisation trades under a different name to the legal business name, please provide this here. This name is not displayed to Patients
Registered business addressPlease provide the registered business address for your Organisation as referenced in Companies House

What are the steps in the process?

Your activation can be in various states as per the table below. If you are having any difficulty activating please contact our support team using the chat widget in the bottom right corner of the application.

Continue activationYou have entered some of the information required to submit your activation request, but there is more information required. Please continue to the next step.
Activation under reviewYou have successfully submitted your activation request, and the team will be back to you typically within 48 working hours.
